Terms of Service

1. The service

  • BotClips provides social-media growth services (views, likes, followers and related engagement products) fulfilled through third-party providers, plus analytics tools for tracking deliveries and connected Instagram accounts.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person unless approved otherwise.

3. Orders & delivery

  • Services are fulfilled by upstream providers; delivery times and completion rates may vary. Start counts, refill guarantees and average times shown per service are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You must only order engagement for content you own or are authorized to promote. Ordering for third-party accounts without consent may lead to suspension.

4. Payments & refunds

  • Wallet top-ups are made via UPI and credited only after the transaction reference (UTR) and amount are verified against our records.
  • Refunds for undelivered or partially delivered quantities are issued to your BotClips wallet balance per the service's stated policy. Chargebacks or payment fraud will result in account termination.

5. Instagram connections

  • Connecting an Instagram account is optional and done via Meta's official OAuth flow. You confirm you own the account or are authorized to connect it.
  • Analytics shown are based on data Instagram makes available; we do not guarantee completeness of platform-reported metrics.
  • You may disconnect at any time from Settings; the stored token is deleted promptly.

6. Acceptable use

  • No fraud, chargebacks, bot abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the platform or its providers.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with wallet balances handled per our refund policy.

7. Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotClips is not liable for indirect losses, including changes in third-party platform metrics or account actions taken by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other platforms.

  • We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
