1. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when you sign up (name, email address and password).
  • Payment information: UPI transaction references (UTR), amounts and timestamps, used only to verify wallet deposits. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Order information: service links, quantities and delivery preferences needed to fulfil your SMM orders.
  • Instagram data (only if you connect your account): with your explicit permission via Meta's official OAuth flow, we access your Instagram Professional account's public media metadata and insights (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, thumbnails) to power reel analytics. Access tokens are stored server-side only and never exposed in your browser.
  • Technical data: device, browser and approximate location data collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate your account, process orders and verify wallet deposits.
  • To provide Instagram reel analytics for accounts you explicitly connect.
  • To detect fraud, abuse and bot-like activity on the platform.
  • To send transactional notifications (order updates, deposit alerts).
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Instagram data

  • Instagram access is granted by you through Meta's official authorization flow. You can revoke it at any time from Settings → Instagram Connections (Disconnect), or from your Meta account settings.
  • On disconnect we delete the stored access token promptly. Previously collected analytics snapshots tied to your orders are retained for record-keeping unless you request deletion.
  • We only request the permissions needed for reel analytics (instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights) and never post, message or act on your Instagram account.

4. Data sharing

  • Order fulfilment partners (SMM panels) receive only the link and quantity needed to deliver a service — never your password or payment credentials.
  • We share data with authorities only when required by applicable law.

5. Data security & retention

  • Access tokens and credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. Industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) is enforced.
  • We retain account and order records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights & data deletion

  • You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support from the Contact Us page or emailing the support address listed on the site.
  • Deleting your account removes your profile, connections and tokens; anonymized order statistics may be retained for accounting.

7. Cookies

  • We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, theme preference and security (e.g. OAuth state). No advertising trackers are used.

8. Changes & contact

  • We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
